The good news is that, in the context of a relatively healthy diet, a tiny bit of half and half is no big deal. Seriously, a tablespoon of it is like, what, 20 or 25 calories? With about 2 grams of fat? A couple of tablespoons in a big mug of coffee ain't gonna kill ya. :)

Actually, for a lot of voiceover assignments, being able to write and edit copy is required. Especially for projects recorded in home studios. The assignment will be, "Yeah, fix this up and record it, then send it back to us."
