Adventures in Caulking Part Deaux
Mar. 20th, 2007 01:16 pmScraped up the gooey stuff last night and put down new. This time the new stuff smelled nasty, just like it's supposed to. It began curing so quickly that it was difficult to get a good smooth bead when I went back over it with a wet finger to smooth it out. I think touching it caused more problems than it solved. I also used painters tape to get a good line on the top. That may have caused additonal issues. :( We'll see how well it adheres the next time it gets cleaned.
