*sigh*

It's like having to defend my thesis every February.

OwlCon XXVII saw 619 attendees, most of whom were very very happy with how it all went.  Sadly, this year the Casavants were not able to make it to the Con, and so the rest of the Coordinators had to pick up their responsibilities on top of our own.  All I can say is that if we didn't have some amazingly hard working Fast Warp officers this year, OwlCon would have been much more painful, and I may well have been put into the hospital.  Kudos to the Coordinators.  Another Con well done.

I will repeat what I said to Greg: you have brought joy to hundreds of children everywhere! Good job! (Strangely, there is a SantaCon out here that really doesn't bring any joy to any children - that always seemed wrong to me.)

We're bummed that we couldn't make it, but [livejournal.com profile] mcroft was sick, so it was probably just as well. Maybe next year, so we can plan in advance.

Add me to the list of very satisfied attendees (and you can count the Spouse, too, while you're at it)!

I'm bummed that we missed this! I remember your mentioning it to me earlier, too. We did go to Chinese New Year, though, so there was some fun here in town, too.
