Too much cinnamon in the coffee.  It was a good idea, but I'll have to work on the proportions a bit.

Taste of Texas serves a cinnamon coffee with your bill. It involves stick cinnamon (and brown sugar, I believe)--I have the recipe card at home--remind me and I'll find it.
